Indoor Plywood Pond Build

3/1/2017 – Working on building an aquarium/pond made out of plywood. The outer dimensions are 8′ x 4′ x 4′ . I will keep the water at 3′ so the water volume will be 403 gallons but it can be increased to 537 gallons if I raise the water level to 4′. So far I have the base done along with a side wall and the back wall. We will be moving within the next few months so the goal for this build is to get everything I can done without putting all the wall sections together so I can transport it to the new house. Before the move I will have all the piping, painting, sump filter, and water change chamber all done before transport. So all I will have to do really when we get to the new house is bolt and screw all the walls together, drop the pond liner into the tank, and set the front viewing window.   Below are a few pictures of what I have done so far.
